TOBE's product returns and exchange policy.
Unused items purchased directly from TOBE can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
All returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging and include all original tags.
Items returned or exchanged without these requirements met will incur a 15% restocking fee or denial of the return or exchange.
Refunds will only be administered to the original payment method. TOBE will refund the original payment method in full (unless a restocking fee is incurred) within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product(s) and verifying it meets the requirements of this return policy. Once a refund is processed, it can take 7-10 business days for a credit to be reflected on your payment method's statement.
